Recommend: consider shade structure and long-term maintenance/sustainability of the facilities. Pay special attention to the following: understand and articulate the visual cues drivers will receive to be routed away from Superior Avenue; consider potential addition of wind screens; study and present how buses will be stacked and where passengers will be waiting; understand how persons who wish to access tunnel under Public Square will stage for that tour; carefully consider events infrastructure to minimize or eliminate power lines and generators; consider scaling back on the lighting elements, but also consider how lighting can be used to cheer up  the space after dark in winter months; study plants initially installed at Federal Bldg. and understand why most of them failed; consider what the square will look like in 10-20 years; consider utilizing park-like larger transit waiting environments unique to the Square; bring technical plans for marketing and design to next meeting.
